How to use visual method simply to distinguish fabric quality?
1. First of all, we should look at the fabric thickness: two fabrics of the same style and the same thickness. If the fabric is heavy and light, it will be better than heavy.
2. The two fabrics with the same thickness and weight and same organization should be considered as warp and weft density. The fabrics with high density are better than those with low density.
3. When the above conditions are the same, the surface gloss of the fabric, whether it has pungent smell, thickness of polyester filament, fabric hardness, etc.A poorly formulated fabric is dark in color or has a pungent smell.
4. Stronger fabric means more padding.Polyester filament strength is not good.
